Scouting Report To The Commonwealth

Loading Events

Join fellow members of Scouting from all over Massachusetts, as we share the Scouting story with members of the House of Representatives and State Senate at the State House in Boston.

Itinerary includes: Informal Session, Presentation of Colors, Presentation of Citations, Photo Opportunity in the Senate Chambers, a lunch break (Scouts need to bring a brown bag lunch), and a tour of the State House. We will all meet at Nurses Hall.

All Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturers, Sea Scouts, and Explorers are invited to attend.

Service Project Opportunity:

When we arrive, we will be collecting donations for Action Inc., a community-building program based in Gloucester. Action Inc. offers affordable housing and homelessness prevention, fuel assistance and energy conservation programs, and education and job training. Please consider making a contribution.

We will be collecting both checks and cash donations at the event. You have the option to make an online donation when you signup to attend. If you would like to make a donation, but cannot attend the event, you can make an online donation here.

If you plan to attend our Report to the Commonwealth on February 18th, please register and fill out the information on who will be attending.
