DESCRIPTION:This course is designed for any Boy Scout or Venturer who is currently serving as a Den Chief or interested in becoming a Den Chief. Here’s what we will cover: \nThe roles and responsibilities of a Den Chief \nTips for working with Cub Scouts \nGames\, songs\, and other fun activities that you can bring back to your den \nBSA has an online course at http://www.scouting.org/Training/Youth/DenChiefTraining.aspx\, but trust us\, it’s a lot more fun to take this training in person! It’s a great chance to meet fellow Den Chiefs\, share ideas\, and “learn by doing.” Den Leaders are also welcome to sit in and learn how a Den Chief can help your den. \nLocation: First Congregational Church\, 639 High St.\, Hanson \nPlease pre-register online.
