SUMMARY:NYLT (Camp Squanto)
DESCRIPTION:The exciting\, action-packed National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT) course centers around the concepts of what a leader must BE\, what he or she must KNOW\, and what he or she must DO. The key elements are then taught with a clear focus on HOW TO. The skills come alive during the week as the patrol goes on a Quest for the Meaning of Leadership. NYLT is foremost a training program. While participants will use their scout craft and camping skills\, the emphasis is on leadership and management training. \nPre-Requisites:  To take National Youth Leadership Training\, the camper must be 14 years old or 13 years old and completed 8th grade by the beginning of the course. \n  \nCamp Resolute and Camp Squanto comply with the regulations of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and are licensed by the Bolton and Plymouth Boards of Health.
