SUMMARY:Post Road Annual Volunteer Recognition Dinner
DESCRIPTION:In an abundance of caution\, we will be canceling the Post Road District Annual Recognition Dinner\, that is scheduled for March 28 because this event brings a large number of Scouters together. We will be issuing full refunds to everyone by the end of the month and have begun planning a bigger\, better district dinner for 2021.\n.\nWe would love to recognize our leaders and volunteers with several different awards. We will be awarding the District Award of Merit (DAM)\, Scout Master of the Year\, Cub Master of the Year\, Spark Plugs\, Veterans Pins and other fun recognition. \nWe need all volunteers to calculate their years as both youth participants and adult volunteers so we can award the Veterans Pins. If a volunteer has been in Scouts for more than 25 years it will need to be verified through the National BSA Office. \nWe are encouraging all Units and District Committee Volunteers to submit their volunteers for recognition as a thank you is always appreciated and we encourage you to celebrate with us. \n  \n2019-2020 district award of merit form – Mayflower \n2019-2020 District-Awards Form \n  \nDeadline to Register for event is March 23\, 2019.
