DESCRIPTION:About the Course\nLearn the fundamentals of running a successful troop\, including program planning\, the patrol method\, advancement\, and much more. For Scoutmasters and Assistant Scoutmasters\, this course is part of the requirements to earn the “Trained” patch. \n\nLogistical Details\n\nSeptember 23\, 2017\n8:30 AM to 1:00 PM\nCamp Squanto\, Plymouth (map and directions)\nFor more information\, contact the course director\, Chris Lamie.\n\n\nRegister Online\nRegistration is open! Please register online by September 21. We require pre-registration (no walk-ins) to allow our volunteer trainers enough time to prepare supplies for the course. \nCourse fee: \n\nFree for adult leaders registered in Mayflower Council\, thanks to the activity fee that all of our Scouts pay as part of their annual registration. We’ll just suggest a small donation to help defray the cost of refreshments.\n$10 for adult leaders registered in other councils\, to cover training materials\, etc.\n\nIf you can’t attend on this date but want to take this training\, please check the list for the next opportunity.
