DESCRIPTION:** Please note:  This event has been changed to a day only event ** \nSaturday Schedule:\n7:00 to 9:00 AM: Check-in (@Welcome Lodge)\n9:00: Opening Flag Ceremony on Parade Field\n9:15: to 4:30: Stations are open (lunch at the Dining Hall porch) We are providing lunch instead of dinner.\n4:45: Closing Flag Ceremony on Parade Field. \nGreetings Scouters\,\nI have spent a lot of time thinking this through and have decided that Webelos Woods will be a one day event with no camping overnight for Webelos or Arrow Of Light Scouts. \nI have been doing this event since 1999 and we have had to cancel camping two times over the years for Eastern equine encephalitis (EEE) virus\, (and one time for a tropical storm).  We are readjusting the schedule of events for the day. \nWe are doing the group meal at noon so you will not need to bring a lunch and you will be able to leave at the end of the activities in the daylight. This also helps in finding your way out of camp and Myles Standish State Park in the daylight.  Registration deadline on Doubleknot is Wednesday\, September 25 at 7:00pm. \nScouts BSA units who are coming in to help run the stations\, I will need a count of how many will be there for lunch.\nScouts BSA units who are still planning on staying over\, I need you to contact me so we can arrange for your campsite. \nScouts BSA units\, I need to talk to you to confirm the activities you are doing.
